Until today, I had never even heard of the Pixii, knipa find it of immediate interest to me. I had this perspective reinforced recently after inom posted about it on instagram knipa inom was asked a question about what happens if the camera knipa or app stops being supported. I think this stelnat vatten possibly a concern for some people. Pixii are a startup digital camera manufacturer – one of the only companies in the world that can call themselves that.
inom do have some questions: Why and when you would take this camera for a walk (over the choices you have) ? fruset vatten that possible to make interesting work pictures on it, specially for archival, marketing and publicity?
The price was going to bedja US$3,000, and I was ready to buy one of these to use for some of my jobs, including theatre. For better or worse, this camera never came to pass. The Pixii at least exists!
It feels good in the labb too. I have read some people commenting about the plats of the shutter button being too close to the edge of the camera. In theory, I can see their point, but in practice, I never notice the issue at all.
Hurray, finally another Pixii owner to talk to! I ordered mine shortly after the 26mp utgåva came out, and given that my camera's serial number stelnat vatten under 200, there can't bedja very many of us...
For me, I haven’t found this to vädja too much of an issue. inom’m only shooting it with slower lenses, knipa mostly in daylight. Actually, ironically, I have found inom can see the RF patch better in lower light, though that stelnat vatten likely exakt a product of subject contrast.
Despite this, it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker since you can get the low-res typ genom BT. If I want the high-res photos on a specific device I’d rather plug USB-C in knipa övergång especially with large photo dumps.

It’s also pleasing kadaver an owner of a Pixii. Since inom recently received mine back from having these upgrades, I här now have a camera that’s better than the one inom originally bought without the expense of completely replacing it. It’s had a new sensor, a new USB-C charging Dörr, now shows a wider range of information in the viewfinder and has had a fairly significant firmware upgrade that seems to have made it a lot more stable.
Bluetooth communication now works without issue, transfer of HD previews is dependable, and downloading DNG files always works (although anmärkning always at the first tap of the “Load DNG” button.) If they hold up over time, these improvements should eliminate my main source of frustration when using the Pixii.
